Tax Reform: What Every Nonprofit Needs to Know!

Jared from Warren AverettJordan ToupsJared Sharp is a Member of the Firm and serves as the Service Area Leader of the Tax Division in the Huntsville Office. Jared has been practicing public accounting since 2005. He has experience serving clients in industries such as technology, biotechnology, healthcare, government contracting, manufacturing, and distribution. Jared focuses his practice on large multi-state corporations. He also has experience with the research and development tax credit, accounting for income taxes under ASC Topic 740, FIN 48 and state and local tax issues. Jordan Toups is a Supervisor in the Firm’s Tax Division. He has more than five years of public accounting experience. Jordan’s primary responsibilities include tax compliance services and helping clients save money and minimize their tax liability. Jordan resides in Vestavia with his wife and daughter, where he enjoys spending time with friends and family.
